The Department of Civil Technical Guide for Application for Additional Plan Approval/ Amandment as part of the Structure of Residential House/Terrace House.

The Kulim Hi-Tech Industrial Park Local Authority will only deal with a consultant that has been appointed by the owner to submit the plan. All matters that deal with the application must be forwarded with official letter from qualified party to present a plan to Kulim Hi-Tech Industrial Park Local Authority.

A. The Required Documents;-

• 3 copies of coloured plans.
• Red colour ( new addition ) and blue colour ( adjustment works).
  
  The required drawings:- :-
  • Location plan, site plan, lot number.
  • Floor plan, front view, elevation view and rear view and also.
  • Sewerage plan ( if required).
  • Entrance plan ( entrance slab).
  • Retaining wall plan at the scale of 1;20.
  • The plan must be in A1 size and to be folded to A4 size.

1. Present latest original and copy of quick rent receipt of the building.
2. Owner who has not received their quick rent has to present one copy of the S&P for verification as the owner of the house.
3. Copy of owner's identity card.
4. All measurements have to be in metric system.
5. All presented plans need to be sign by the qualified party and the owner together with owner's full address.
6. Completed Form A.
